Price Terms
Please note that our product prices do not include freight of shipment, charges for handling and applicable taxes occurred at the port of destination. Separate freight of shipment, charges for handling will be shown and advised by your local representative of our forwarding agent.
Every order which is contained magnetic products and requested to be delivered by air, is subject to a magnetic inspection by a authentic institute. All the expenses occurred will be charged by the buyer and will be instructed in the commercial invoice.
Payment Terms
100% T/T in advance payment and Irrevocable L/C At Sight are accepted preferably.
Negotiable for specific project.
Lead Time
Superstar‘s productivity today reaches up to 200,000 pieces of hard tags and RF label per day. Normally, we can deliver your order in around 15 days for less than a container’s loading, and 25 days for a full container’s loading.
Superstar is appreciated that you can understand if standard lead time may be extended owing to some customized specification in order. Kindly please feel free to make an enquiry for this issues.
Warranty Support
Superstar Limited Warranty Information
Superstar supports its products with a limited One-Year warranty mainly against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. Superstar warrants its products free against the defects in material and workmanship that result in Product failure under warranty usage, according to the following terms and conditions:
The limited warranty covers only to the initial purchaser of the product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser or end-user.
The limited warranty for the Products extends for ONE year beginning in 45 days from the date of the Bill of Loading issued and in 10 days from the date of the Air Way Bill issued.
The limited warranty is unavailable under any of the following conditions: The product has been subjected to abnormal use, abnormal conditions, and improper storage, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair, improper installation, or other acts which are not the fault of Superstar, including any damage caused by shipping.
